1)         REFRESHER (1-day session):

 

This session is suitable for companies with a clearly defined Strategic Plan in place, wanting to make sure they are still on the right track and take corrective action in time.

2)         PREMIUM (1 or 2-day session):

 

This session is suitable for companies who have a well-defined strategic plan in place, but experienced problems in reaching their goals.  Factors that lead to the current situation are analyzed and corrective measures are implemented.  The session can be scheduled for 1 or 2 days, depending on the needs of the customer.

3)         EXECUTIVE (2 - 5-day session):

 

This intense session is suitable for new companies, existing companies that do not currently have a strategic plan in place, or companies undergoing restructuring. This session can be scheduled for anything between 2 - 5 days, depending on the needs of the customer.
